Meet Dasha.

How do I capture multi-dimensionality in a world where we are boxed in?

Sometimes I tell people that I am an artist. At other times, I either name that I am a social work student, movement teacher, writer, or environmental activist — depending on how I feel. Feelings matter a lot to me. Impact matters too.

In truth, these passions all overlap with my deep care for improving how we show up in our lives and in the world around us. After studying sustainability, a car accident, and a brain injury, I transitioned to working in mental health. In a way, art chose me; I picked up watercolor painting at a time when I needed hope. I now live in Central Oregon, where I paint and am studying to become a therapist.
