I care about how we experience the world – internally and on the outside.
I believe that leaning into our feelings and connecting with what is around has the capacity to transform. Art seems to have a unique way of communicating what is beyond words.
I’ve spent many years uncovering what it means to find “home.” Over and over again, I see that the wild spaces around us also hold us. They shape us, as much as we shape them. I feel a deep gratitude for living in what we now call Central Oregon — lands that traditionally held the Wasco, Paiute, and Warm Springs tribes.
Inspired by people.
I like to think of each of ourselves as walking stories. Wherever I go, whoever I meet — I know there is a link of present and past. I love that our inner worlds make us who we are.
